Residents are invited to an evening of five-minute Lightning Talks for International Women’s Day.
The theme of the free talks on Thursday 6th March is Accelerate Action, and people are invited to register to take the stage.
Organised by Frome Town Council, the event will be held at the Rye Bakery on Whittox Lane.
“Whether it’s a bold idea, a personal story, or a rallying cry for change, this open mic night with purpose is your chance to share what action means to you. No long speeches—just real voices, real impact,” says one of the organisers, Somerset Councillor Dawn Denton.
“Come to listen, come to cheer, or come to be heard.”
