RHINO’S Revenge, a band fronted by Status Quo bassist John Edwards, will play at the Cheese and Grain later this month.
Rhino’s Revenge will be supporting US rockers Hayseed Dixie on their UK tour, bringing them to the Frome venue on Saturday 24th October.
John ‘Rhino’ Edwards has played with Status Quo for nearly 30 years, after a stint with Dexy’s Midnight Runners in the 1980s. He is also the bassist and singer for London-based Rhino’s Revenge.
Hayseed Dixie are a band from Tennessee who are credited with inventing the ‘rockgrass’ genre – a fusion of bluegrass and hard rock. They play a mixture of cover songs and original material.
Tickets are available for £18.50 each at the Cheese and Grain box office or online at www.cheeseand grain.com.
The Cheese and Grain has an exciting couple of weeks planned with Cara Dillon, Abbamania, Kast Off Kinks and Frome Blues Rhythm & Rock Festival all coming your way.
