Year 10 students at Frome Community College recently decided to do their bit to support local charities.
The students researched the work of Oxfam, Age Concern UK and Bath Cats and Dogs home and then individually decided which charity shop should receive their donation. Donations such as toys, clothes and books were brought in to college by the students and then delivered to local charity shops by the Year 10 heads of year on Wednesday 5th December.
One student said, “I was happy to support this as it is important to help others and be generous.” Report by Damon Johnson, Year 10
