First up, Becky Brunning, comedian, writer and actor, fresh from appearing in Broadchurch. http://www.beckybrunning.com/
This is a debut solo show from the Funny Women finalist and Broadchurch actor, Becky Brunning. Edgy and average: the love child of rock’n’roll and cardigans. Becky is conflicted – about everything. Whether it’s choosing a sandwich, knowing how straight to be or whether to take yet another driving test. Join her on a road trip of the soul, a coming-of-age story that took all the detours. Puts the comfort in comedy and the toothpaste lid on the tube because that’s where it lives. ‘Original, inventive and exciting’ (Sara Pascoe). **** (Australia Times).
In the second show, Sam & Tom present Unrectifiable.
Local Frome comedian, Tom Burgess follows his work with the highly regarded Stapleface, by joining up with Sam Nicoresti to present a brand new Edinburgh show.
