St John Ambulance is looking for youth support leaders to help its Frome and Mendip groups of young volunteers.
The area’s youth lead for the charity, Kathryn Doul said, “We need volunteers to help us provide children and young people with developmental opportunities to help them achieve their full potential.
“As part of our wider team, youth support leaders deliver an inclusive and accessible programme, which meet the aspirations and needs of young people.”
St John Ambulance runs Badger setts for 7 to 10 year olds and Cadet units for youngsters aged 11 to 17 – all of the volunteers enjoy fun activities and learn a range of life skills, including first aid.
Applications can be made online now (https://bit.ly/2LU8Mwi) or for more information please contact Kathryn.Doul@sja. org.uk
