Submarine Comedy Ltd is pleased to announce the opening of a new comedy club for Frome.
The ‘Cheesy Grin Comedy Club’, at the Grain Bar (the Cheese and Grain) on Tuesday 17th March will be a regular monthly comedy event. As the first night will be falling on St Patrick’s Day the organisers thought it would be great to bring some very excellent Irish comedians to Frome.
The ethos of the Cheesy Grin Comedy Club will follow that of the Submarine Comedy teams night at the Archangel that works so well.
Tim O’Connor, MC for the evening explains, “The evening will include top touring circuit comedians, alongside young hungry up and coming comedians, with a dash of the best south west comics, all mixed in with great audience banter.
“Great price busting line ups for minimum outlay (£6). As it’s a midweek gig, we aim to finish a little bit earlier than a normal weekend comedy gig and being mid-week, we’re got some very great comics lined up who would otherwise be taking a comedy night off…. Doors open from 7.30pm and starts sharp at 8.15pm.
