Award-winning author Nina Allan is coming to Frome on Tuesday 14th May, to talk about her new novel ‘The Dollmaker’, described by The Times as ‘beautifully written and deeply strange’.
Parts of the action take place in a town that has been modelled on Frome itself, as the author has personal connections to the local area. The novel is perfect for fans of Jessie Burton’s The Miniaturist and Laura Purcell’s The Silent Companion and The Corset.
The talk will take place in the comfort of the Naval Room at the Archangel. Doors open at 7pm. Tickets are £5 (book online at www.bit.ly/NinaAllan or email winstonebooks3 @gmail.com).
