WE are all going to miss the annual highlight of our town’s cultural calendar with the cancellation of this year’s festival.
Here are a couple of short films with Festival Creative Director, Martin Dimery and Festival Patron, Morag McLaren. The first clip also features Fay Goodridge from Cooper Hall chatting to Festival Trustee, Lockhart Murdoch about the impact of COVID 19 on the performing arts. Cooper Hall will be posting a series of videos of performances over the next 10 days on evenings that they were planning on hosting. Instead of live events, they have looked back their our archive and will be showing clips of some of the artists who have played at Cooper Hall over the years, with links to their websites to keep audiences up to date with their work to date. If they have any live or recorded streamings, please do buy their latest CD’s or pop a donation into their tip jars to help support them through the most difficult of times.
