One of the UK’s leading jazz talents Nick Malcolm is teaming up with piano virtuoso John Law to explore the music of jazz legend Ornette Coleman on 23rd July at Frome Jazz Club.
Keith Harrison-Broninski from the club says, “Not only one of the UK’s leading jazz talents in his own right but a founder member of both Eliza Carthy’s ‘Wayward Daughter’ and Emily Wright’s ‘Moonlight Saving Time, trumpeter Nick Malcolm is something special.”
“Frome Jazz Club is rapidly gaining a reputation for the high energy and high quality of its gigs, all of which are free entry and held in the intimate setting of the Cornerhouse pub in Frome” (1 Christchurch Street East, Frome, Somerset BA11 1QA).
Club events are unticketed so early arrival is advised if you want a seat.
Doors open at 7pm, food is available, and the music runs until 9.30pm.
