‘Be Your Own Hero’, Wellbeing Expo Somerset is getting set to bring practical life skills to everyone by offering ‘Pay It Forward’ tickets at the first of its kind expo in Frome in October.
‘Be Your Own Hero’ Wellness Expo Somerset will be at the Cheese & Grain on Sunday 23rd October.
Along with expanding your mind, body and spirit, this loving scheme allows you to expand your heart by offering ticket buyers the chance to purchase a heavily discounted ticket for someone else in the community.
By bringing together wellness gurus from all different fields of expertise, people from all over Somerset can come and tap into a wealth of wellness in order to find ways of expanding their wellbeing.
The theme of ‘Be Your Own Hero’ encourages every single person to champion their own wellness.
Whether you are starting from scratch and keen to expand your mind and body in new ways, or fully embracing health and wellness but ready to add something new into the mix, the Wellbeing Expo Somerset will give you a flavour of what’s out there right now, to help you become the best and most healthy version of yourself. And of course, you can help someone else become their best version too with the Pay It Forward scheme.
Advance purchase tickets are now available via the Cheese and Grain box office at £5 per ticket for adult, £3.50 (12-16 years), Free for ‘under 12s’. You can purchase a Pay It Forward ticket for £3. If you would like to claim one of the ‘Pay It Forward’ tickets simply head to the Cheese & Grain box office and you can take a ticket from the wall display.
