Frome Cricket Club is running a series of winter training sessions for under-9s to under-15s in preparation for the 2025 season.
Whatever your child’s experience this will give them a great opportunity to enjoy some fun cricket games but also develop their skills, all under the guidance of an experienced coaching team.
The training sessions are being held from Sunday 16th February to Sunday 23rd March, (inclusive), from 10am to 12pm at Downside School Sports Centre. It costs £5 per session.
Club secretary Nicki Brook said, “To existing members, we look forward to seeing you there – please contact us if you need any further details.
If you are new to Frome Cricket Club or to cricket, please contact us if you want to know more. We look forward to seeing you there!”
The Frome Cricket Club is also due to celebrate its centenary year this year. “We are planning a summer of special events and opportunities for our younger members to start the next 100 years of our club’s development,” says Nicki.
