Frome Chamber of Commerce will run a Working Women’s event at Sam’s Kitchen on Tuesday 31st July at 6pm; this month’s event will look to discuss true wellbeing at work.
Organisers say, “Without our health we cannot be productive and efficient in our personal and work lives.
“We all know the impact of eating well, and moving has on us, but how can we enhance our health? Pregnancy, menopause and all that lies in-between. What can we do to reduce some of the negatives these phases in our lives bring, and how can we identify things that need further medical attention?
“The event will feature a short talk by Matilda Bathurst (a nurse recently moved to Frome) followed by an opportunity to chat, network and get support from our community of talented, inspiration and skilled women in an informal setting. The event is free to attend, and anyone can join via the Facebook Group ‘Working Women Frome’
Working Women is a Frome Chamber of Commerce initiative which offers free and unique programme of events for women in the work place, run their own business, who are not working, and would like to return to work, or who would like to change careers.
