YOUNG Frome boxer Ryan Wheeler will be looking to remain unbeaten when he heads into the ring this week for his eighth professional fight.
Only a few weeks since his sixth professional win in a row back in October, Ryan ‘The Somerset Stallion’ Wheeler is scheduled to get back in the ring on Friday, 18th November, at ‘Battle on the Beach 2’ at Weston Super Mare’s Grand Pier.
After another successful year Wheeler has seen his fan base grow, with 120+ fight fans set to make the trip to support him.
Wheeler said, “The support has been immense and I can’t thank people enough who travel from Frome and buy tickets to watch me box. It’s been a great year and I am looking forward to finishing it on a high.”
23 year-old Ryan drew his first professional fight when he made his debut in 2014, but has won all of his six fights since then.
