The Cheese and Grain is determined to ensure that the venue will be coming back stronger than ever when they re-open its doors in 2021.
Last year the venue announced a string of exciting shows for next year – ‘21 shows for 2021’, including Kosheen (live), Scott Mills (DJ Set), Levellers, Arrested Development, Hang Massive, Craig Charles, Goldie Lookin’ Chain.
And if that wasn’t enough to look forward to, the venue has announced ‘21 more shows for 2021’, including one of the UK’s most successful singer-songwriters this millennium, Newton Faulkner.
Other shows announced included a return to the venue for pop-rockers. Scouting For Girls; British reggae superstars Aswad; cult heroes Half Man Half Biscuit; The London African Gospel Choir with their unmissable Paul Simons ‘Graceland’; Grammy nominated Nashville-based country star Beth Nielsen Chapman and 5-times BBC Radio 2 Folk Award-winners Oysterband
The venue said, “Other notable shows include a re-sale of tickets for the previously sold out Jo Whiley DJ set, “An Evening With,” events with sporting icons Frank Bruno and Paul Merson and Matt Le Tissier, as well as a massive Christmas Pop Party with pop royalty in the form of East 17, S Club Party and Amelia Lily.”

“Booking tickets in advance for these shows massively supports the venue during this incredibly difficult for the live events sector, not just financially, it also helps us secure more great artists to perform at the venue.”
