Swimmers from Frome Swimming Club have delivered a series of impressive performances at the South West Regional Championships over the last few weekends.
The team celebrated a haul of personal bests, top tier rankings and a podium finish.
Lara delivered a clinical performance in the 50 butterfly, sprinting her way to a top 15 place; Freddie earnt an 11th place in 50 breaststroke and long course PBs in his other events; and Will secured a bronze medal in 200 butterfly, fourth in 400 individual medley, sixth in 200 individual medley, seventh in 200 back and eighth in 100 back, all with significant time drops.
“Ending on such a high note is a testament to the hard work put into training by all our swimmers,” said the club. “Special thanks are reserved for our coaches, team managers and officials.”
