FROME’S Library of Things is a place where you can borrow a range of different items, from gardening equipment and DIY tools, to kitchenware and camping equipment.

A month after re-opening, they are now recruiting more volunteers as we move into the next phase of easing out of lockdown. They need volunteers to help out with the running of the shop, keeping their items maintained and generally giving SHARE the friendly atmosphere that they strive for. If you are good at repairs and would like to get your hands busy, they are always on the look out for more repairers to keep their hundreds of items working.
If you have time to give to the cause, whether that is 1 hour or 4 hours a week, then head to their website to submit an application at sharefrome.org/volunteerform, email at borrow@ sharefrome.org or head down to the shop for a chat.
The opening hours are: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays 10:30am – 2pm
