THE location manager of Hanover Gardens, Terry Burton, has retired after 23 years in the post.
Hanover Gardens, which was formerly run by Hanover Housing and is now part of Anchor Housing, is the largest provider of specialist housing and care for people in later life.
Tony said, “It has been a pleasure and I have met some incredible people over the years, but I believe now it is time for a new start for the estate and for myself. I want to do lots of things in my retirement, but most importantly I want to keep fit so I am able to enjoy it.”
Hanover Gardens consists of 30 properties set in expansive grounds on the Critchill Estate where people live independently with support if needed.
