Affinity Wellbeing and CrossFit UVA’s twice yearly “Rise” CrossFit UVA Throwdown took place in Frome, on Sunday 22nd October .
Teams of two people competed against each other, going head to head for the coveted prize name of “Rise Throwdown Champions” and bragging rights at CrossFit UVA.
The club says, “This was Frome’s sixth CrossFit competition as is a big step in introducing a new sport to our town and surrounding areas.”
