Property sales and lettings agency, Allen & Harris in Frome, has announced it has acquired independent local lettings business Pullin Rose.
Pullin Rose is a successful family-run business established by Rosie and Richard Pullin in 2010 and has grown into a successful business – one of the local market leaders – covering Frome, Bath and surrounding areas.
The acquisition will see Pullin Rose continue as a business in the short term after which it will transfer into Allen & Harris’s well established Frome branch. Owners Rosie and Richard Pullin will be retiring from the business but all other staff – a team of four – will be retained in their current roles; Nicola Collier as office manager, Steph Heal and Chaz Barnes as negotiators, and Liz Gard as property portfolio manager.
