BBC Radio broadcaster and national treasure, Jeremy Vine is coming to Frome to talk about his extraordinary life on the airwaves and the murder mystery inspired by his career.
Jeremy will be in conversation with fellow BBC Radio broadcaster, BBC Bristol and Somerset’s Andy Bennett, at the Merlin Theatre in Frome on Saturday 21st June at 7.30pm.
Jeremy is a lifelong Agatha Christie fan and his latest novel ‘Murder on the Airwaves’, is an engagingly twisty murder mystery set in Sidmouth, on the South West coast.
The action centres on Edward Temmis, a down-and-out DJ who has fallen on very hard times. But when Edward’s devoted listeners start dying in murderous and mysterious ways, it’s more than just his career on the line.
The event is being hosted by Winstone’s Hunting Raven Books. Copies of the book will be on sale and there will be a book signing at the end of the event.
Tickets are £15 each. Book online at www.bit.ly/jeremyvinefrome or via the Merlin Theatre Frome www.merlintheatre.co.uk or 01373 465949 (Box Office open Monday to Friday 10am until 12noon).
