BEANS On Toast, the hugely popular cult folk legend, will be returning to Frome this spring to play a very special intimate show at The Tree House in the Vine Tree Pub on 25th May.
Tickets are £15 plus a booking fee, and can be purchased form the Cheese & Grain website: www.cheeseandgrain.com/events/beans-on-toast/
The Tree House is the new name for popular Frome pub The Vine Tree’s 100 capacity upstairs function room.
Organisers say, “Beans writes simple songs about complicated subjects and never fails to celebrate the beauty of human existence. Drawing from his huge and much-loved back catalogue, his live shows are both inspiring and entertaining, a relaxed and fun affair that leaves you feeling like you’ve met up with an old friend, and you’re all the better for it.”
Beans’ latest tour arrives hot on the heels of his recent full-band shows in support of his acclaimed 2021 album ‘Survival of the Friendliest’ earlier this year. Produced by Blaine Harrison of Mystery Jets and recorded at Big Jelly Studios in Ramsgate, ‘Survival of the Friendliest’ is a record all about hope, positivity and camaraderie, that finds an artist celebrating the very best of human nature.
Please note this is an 18+ event, and the venue is accessed by stairs with no lift. If you have any enquiries please email thetreehouse@ cheeseandgrain.com
