Calling all young artists to enter the Black Swan Young Open Art Competition 2015.
This is the perfect activity over half term – paint or draw a picture, make a model, weave, sculpture, throw a pot, devise a digital image… anything creative; just make sure it is entered online by Tuesday 24th February.
It takes 3 steps:
• Find the best piece of art work or make a new piece – any format accepted
• Photograph it and load the picture onto a computer
• Go to www.black swan.org.uk/youngopen 2015, fill in the submission form and pay £5.
This is the third time the Black Swan have held the Young Open competition, and the prize giving will take place on Saturday 14th March at midday, and this year all the entries will be shown throughout the gallery from Saturday 14th March to Saturday 11th April, Monday-Saturday, 10.00am to 5.00pm
