FROME author and creator of Frome Short Story Competition, Alison Clink, will be signing copies of her new memoir The Man Who Didn’t Go to Newcastle at its launch at Hunting Raven Books on Thursday 16th April.
The memoir documents the illness and later death of Alison’s brother Adrian, and shows their relationship tested as his condition progressed.
The book will be available from Troubadour Publishing from 28th April, but Alison will be holding a launch at Cheap Street’s Hunting Raven Books on Thursday 16th April from 6.30pm.
Alison is an author, teacher, and critic, and is the founder of Frome Short Story Competition. She has had over 50 short stories published, a number of plays performed, and she teaches a creative writing class at Babington House.
