Frome’s newest theatre group Ten Minute Call is guaranteed to brighten up your December with a very special run of the wickedly funny Christmas comedy “Flint Street Nativity”.
Based on the 1999 British television comedy film of the same name, The Flint Street Nativity is a warm, witty and funny play with original lyrics set to traditional Christmas carols. It’s the perfect seasonal fare for anyone who likes to find the humour in the strange things that children can say when they think nobody is listening.
Ten Minute Call is working alongside Christ Church C of E First School to bring this alternative Nativity play to life this Christmas and is very grateful to have received support from other performance companies ‘Merlin Theatre Productions’ and ‘Tri-Art Theatre School and Dance Academy’ as well as local financial advisory firm Meridian Financial Services and Stony Street’s stationery and art supplies store Post Script.
The cast of 10 have been working around their other show commitments such as the hugely successful ‘My Fair Lady’ and the upcoming ‘Cinderella’ at the Merlin Theatre. The cast and creative team have the final goal of delivering a unique Christmas experience to help raise funds for Christ Church First School’s ongoing projects, to enrich the lives and education of its pupils.
The show runs from 19th – 21st December with limited tickets available for each performance, so make sure that you don’t miss out.
Tickets are on sale now for £10 (plus a booking fee) and are available from www.tenminutecall.co.uk/ tickets
