FROME Heritage Museum is inviting you to bring along your treasures to its ‘Finds Day’ on Saturday 27th July.
From 11am onwards special guests will be giving advice and identification to museum visitors.
Museum staff say, “Come along and meet Laura Burnett, Somerset portable finds officer; Dave Crip, metal detectorist who found the Frome Hoard; the Frome Tunnels Team with their display of ‘archaeological finds’ and Dr David Robinson who will identify visitors’ coins and medals.
“Entry is free but donations are always appreciated. Refreshments available. Frome Heritage Museum, 1 North Parade, Frome, BA11 3AT, adjacent to main car park. (01373 454611).”
