Residents and visitors to Frome’s Critchill Court were taken down the rabbit hole to a Mad Hatter’s tea party this month.
The event was arranged as part of Somerset Care’s 25th birthday celebrations.
Critchill Court staff dressed up for the occasion with a rabbit and Queen of Hearts making a special appearance. Everyone was invited to tuck into an assortment of cakes, washed down by tea and coffee. Care home entertainer, Daisy, from Daisy Chain Productions, sang for the residents and encouraged everyone to take part and get involved.
Home manager Victoria Hughes-Jones said, “We had an amazing afternoon and I would like to thank everyone that joined us for this event. I would also like to thank Daisy for her wonderful singing talents, Ab Fab in Frome for the loan of a rabbit costume and all of the staff for organising such a lovely event for the residents.”
