POSTSCRIPT has been crowned as the winner of this year’s Carnival Window Competition – for the second year in a row.
The Frome Times and the Frome Carnival Committee teamed up to run the competition, with local shops decorating their windows to celebrate the town’s Carnival. Steve Bane Fabrics was awarded the runners-up shield.
