THE Rose Garden has been crowned as the winner of this year’s Carnival Window Competition.
The Frome Times and the Frome Carnival committee teamed up to run the competition, with local shops decorating their windows to celebrate the town’s Carnival.
After coming runners-up in last year’s competition, The Rose Garden took this year’s trophy.
The runners-up trophy was awarded to Steve Bane Fabrics.
