Chester House Social Club have held their first Skittles Knock out Competition with 32 teams taking part.
Chairman of Chester House Social Club, Derek Scanes said, “The final game was held on Friday 22nd July with the Crickets and Lillywhites, which was a competitive final with the Crickets being the overall winners.
“The captain of the Crickets, Jim Norris was presented with £500 and the Lillywhites captain Les Price received the runners up prize of £200. Plate winners prize went to The Alcoholics captained by Damon Button who received £200. Gap Hitters were runners up and captain Sue Wylie received £100.
“It was a well supported and successful competition. Thank you for everyone who supported the competition. Many thanks to Ben Derrick who did amazing job organising the competition. We will continue this competition as an annual event.”
Chester House hold its first AGM on Friday 2nd September at 8pm. Any motions to be put forward in writing on forms which can be collected behind the bar and by Monday 15th August.
