THE Co-operative recently donated £1,500 of its carrier bag charges to Frome Community Hospital.
Cath Hirons, secretary to the matron at the hospital said, “Our local Co-op has generously donated £1,500 to the hospital from the sale of carrier bags. We will be using this money to contribute to enhancing the patient environment of Marshfield Ward.”
