FROME Community College has secured first place of £200 in the Asda Green Token Bank.
The collection was for the school library resources project, to help support the students and their learning by keeping resources up to date. The two runners-up received £50 each.
Asda store manager, Shaun Harrowing, visited the college recently to present the cheque to principal, Gavin Ball, the school librarian, Teresa Fox and communications officer, Jane Davis.
The college says, “Thank you to everyone who supported the project and to Asda for supporting the college.”
