Extreme angler, intrepid traveller (and local resident) Jeremy Wade rose to public prominence as the presenter of ITV’s River Monsters – fishing in some of the world’s most hostile and challenging waters.
He has been arrested for spying in southeast Asia, caught cerebral malaria in the Congo, and survived a plane crash in the Amazon (so isn’t short of a tale or two!) Since he started appearing on television, many people have asked Jeremy how they can improve their own fishing results. ‘How to Think Like a Fish’ is his reply.
“Due to a tight filming schedule, Jeremy’s public appearances are very limited; we have been extremely lucky to have reeled him in,” say the organisers. “Book now so you don’t miss this big fish!”
The event is on Sunday 21st July at Frome Town Hall. Tickets are £5 and can be booked at www. bit.ly/JeremyWadeFrome or by calling 01373 473111.
