VICTORIA Park Cafe has introduced a series of exciting new programmes aimed at fostering community well-being and personal growth.
The programmes include yoga, conversations on autism, a dogs for health gathering and a monthly workshop about mental and physical health.

Events coming up are:
Chair Yoga with Holly: Begin your Thursdays with tranquillity by joining Holly for Chair Yoga at 9.30am. Designed for all ages and abilities, this gentle session is the perfect way to ease into the day. A £5 suggested donation is appreciated, supporting the community-focused initiatives.
An Atypical Day – Conversations on Autism: Every Thursday from 1.30pm to 2.30pm, join Ryan and Jonathan for insightful weekly chats. Explore what it’s like to live with autism, discussing a variety of topics and shared experiences each week. This program aims to enlighten and connect, offering new perspectives every session and is open to anyone interested in finding out more from people with lived experience.
Dogs for Health: On the last Friday of each month at 2pm, Dogs for Health visits the cafe, bringing joy and therapeutic interaction with trained dogs. This monthly gathering is a favourite for animal lovers and those looking to relieve stress in a uniquely supportive environment.
Talk Grow Thrive: On the second Friday of each month from 10am to 12pm, a monthly workshop run by the Dancing with Dom Foundation offers an opportunity to dive into the needs model of well-being. Engage in hands-on learning and open conversations about mental and physical health, and discover small yet impactful ways to take control of your well-being.
