FROME’S Community Fridge project will feature on Channel 4’s Friday Night Feast on February 10th, at 8pm.
Celebrity chef and co-presenter of the television show, Jimmy Doherty, visited the Community Fridge in August last year with a production team. He chatted with those who set up the project and those who came to donate.
In the episode which is due to air next month, Friday Food Feast’s presenters Jamie Oliver and Jimmy Doherty campaign to get fridges, like Frome’s, into the community. Also in the episode, I’m a Celebrity winner Scarlett Moffatt joins Jamie Oliver and Jimmy Doherty for food and fun. Inspired by the Moffatt Christmas buffet, Jamie helps Scarlett make the scotch egg of her dreams. Also on the menu, Jamie cooks the ultimate fish pie and Jimmy goes wild for venison and rabbit.
