FROMETECH has had a very busy few months, with a move into the town, new staff and two new certificates to hang on their wall!
There have been some exciting developments at Frometech in recent months as the computer repair company continues to go from strength to strength.
Founder and director Jamie Seviour said, “Since moving to Bridge Street, we have been so busy! Our footfall doubled in August which is fantastic. We were hearing a lot from people that they couldn’t find us so we’ve made it a lot easier to be found!
“We have also recently become a member of the Trading Standards Buy With Confidence Scheme, making us the only IT support company in Frome to be part of the scheme.
“There’s quite a rigorous audit process to go through to become a member. They contact six of our customers at random and we have to get a good response from all of them.
“It’s very important to us to be associated with Trading Standards because it shows our customers that we are 100% trustworthy and above board which is important. It’s important to us to treat our customers with respect and that they know we would never sell them anything they don’t need to fix something that doesn’t need fixing!
“We also came runner up at the Business Excellence Awards in April for our free iPad sessions. We were really chuffed to be nominated because it shows that they are making a difference and helping people in the community. It’s a national award as well so to win runner up is an amazing achievement.
“Lastly, we have a new member of the team. Antonio Lopez is beginning his career as a engineer and he’s enjoying the varied work!”
