Local award-winning wedding venue, Orchardleigh Estate, has opened up its grounds and venues to couples looking for the ultimate flexibility when planning their dream wedding.
The venue has introduced a new addition to its offerings for 2025 – a dry hire wedding package, available for the first time in the estate’s history.
The package allows couples to host from 60 up to 500 guests, making it an ideal choice for grand, self-catered weddings. With full creative control, couples can design a celebration that reflects their unique style, from opulent banquets to beautifully curated grazing tables.
One of the most significant benefits of this new offering is Orchardleigh’s no-corkage policy, allowing couples to bring their own wine and champagne without additional fees.
Heather Vincent, who leads the wedding business at Orchardleigh Estate, said, “We’re always looking for ways to provide couples with more flexibility and memorable experiences and the introduction of dry hire weddings allows couples to bring their dream celebrations to life.
“Whilst we’ve been known for leading the multi-day wedding trend having offered it for many over two decades, we also have seen a growing trend for some larger weddings preferring to self-cater and bring their own refreshments.
“And whilst we know many venues will charge additions for this, for us we’ve always been keen on making Orchardleigh Estate as fair as possible when it comes to enabling people to realise their dreams on their wedding day – whatever the set up.
“We hope this new offer will enable more couples to live out their dream wedding with us.”
