A FROME opticians is celebrating after a colleague was recognised for her outstanding customer service.
Optical assistant Charlotte Moore, who works at Specsavers in the Westway Centre, was rewarded for ‘going the extra mile’ for her customers as part of the company’s National Customer Service Week awards. She was presented with gift vouchers for her efforts.
Specsavers Frome store director, Richard Goring said, “I’m so proud to be a partner at Frome, where the team always exceeds expectations and has delivered continued excellent customer service for many years now.”
Frome’s sister store at Warminster was also recognised in the awards, beating off competition from more than 150 other stores to take home the prize for consistently delivering exceptional customer service through the year. Optical assistant Orin Jackson Tessier also won the individual award for ‘best customer service for spectacle collections.’
“Everyone across both stores takes great pride in making sure all our customers leave with a really positive experience, and these awards are testament to their hard work,” says Richard.
Every time a customer visits a Specsavers store, they are asked for their feedback about their experience, which helps keep service at the top of the agenda among store teams.
