Local historian David Lassman will lead a series of guided walks exploring Frome’s history during this year’s Walking Festival.
David is leading the ‘Lost Pubs of Frome’ walks on three consecutive days during the festival, which runs from 7th to 9th August. Each walk is available to book separately.
He will also lead a ‘Tour Around Trinity’, taking participants through the history of this unique area, as well as the Frome Heritage Trail, which returns following its popularity in previous years.
David said, “This was originally created to celebrate the 1,300th anniversary of the founding of Frome and has proved so popular that I am running it twice during the festival.”
