BUILDING effective and long-lasting relationships with your staff, customers and partners comes down to your skill in building rapport, understanding others and good communication.
To be held at Frome Town Hall on Tuesday 28th November at 6pm, this month’s Discuss & Do will explore methods to perceive what drives people and how to communicate authentically.
Management consultant and Frome Town councillor, Jean Boulton, will be leading this session with a variety of exercises that will examine listening and communication skills, as well as how to manage emotions in delicate situations.
“The ability to leave a positive impression and build lasting professional relationships remains an important skill,” explains Charlie Orr from Frome Town Council. “Investing time in learning new techniques for handling emotions and reading situations can be a great asset for improving existing connections and developing further partnerships.”
