A charity that provides therapy dogs to help with social isolation and mental health has moved location in Frome.
Dogs for Health, which provides walk and talk groups, individual and group sessions and specialist therapy dogs to help in social care settings, has moved to Rossetti House.
The group has around 25 members and was previously located at Trinity Church Hall. It has moved to Rossetti House because the organisers say they hope the new location will be more accessible to people and residents of the house can join in the fun.
“The home has a lovely relaxed welcoming feel,” explained Dogs for Health operations manager, James.
Sessions run every Tuesday from 10am to 12pm.
James said, “The group simply meets, chats, drinks tea and coffee and often has cake.”
