THE Frome International Climate Film Festival, titled ‘The Climates’, is now accepting film submissions for the film festival running in the first week of May.
James Godman, one of the organisers said, “We are calling all film makers including YouTubers, Tik-Tokers and Instagrammers – we need your films! Enter your local film festival – it is free with easy access to upload via YouTube and there is a cash prize fund of over £500.
“Your films can be of any length and about any topic, you call the shots. The film can be an interview, a short film, a feature film, filmed poetry, art or music, comedy, a community project, a silent feature – whatever inspires you with a green message.
“Films submissions will be accepted up until Saturday 2nd April, or later if there are exceptional circumstances. Films will be shown online the week starting 2nd May, with a celebration and awards day in Frome Town Hall on Saturday 7th May.
“Remember ‘you can change your world but together we can change the whole world’, so let’s get filming!”
