Merlin Theatre Productions’ latest show is the fabulously fun, fast paced award-winning musical Legally Blonde based on the much-loved film starring Reece Witherspoon, and the West End musical with Sheridan Smith.
Legally Blonde The Musical tells the story of college sweetheart and homecoming queen Elle Woods, accompanied by her Chihuahua Bruiser as she tackles stereotypes, snobbery and scandal in pursuit of her dreams. When her boyfriend dumps her for someone serious, Elle puts down the credit card, hits the books and heads for Harvard Law! Along the way, Elle proves that being true to yourself never goes out of style.
This action-packed musical directed and choreographed by Ryan Hughes and assisted by Amy Morgan-Bell explodes on stage with catchy songs and dynamic dance routines. A hilarious and heartwarming evening to warm you on a chilly autumn evening.
