At the Fair Frome Food Bank this week, stocks are very low for the following items:
Tinned potatoes, jam, custard, sauces for rice and tinned snacks.
Organisers say, “In the Furniture Bank, we are particularly desperate for:-
“Single and double beds – bases and mattresses. Mattresses must have fire labels and be in good condition with no stains or tears please.
“Electric cookers – and we can repair broken ones.

“There are food collection boxes in Asda, Sainsbury’s, Frome Funeral Care at Badcox, Barnardo’s, Frome Whole Foods, Westway Co-op, Tesco Express, the Cheese & Grain and Budgens food store at the Commerce Park Service Station, Southgate.
