Frome Memorial Theatre trustee, Roger Hatherell, has retired after 15 years as treasurer and financial advisor.
Chairman of the trustees Humphrey Barnes said, “Roger had been a tremendous asset to the successful running of the Memorial Theatre over many years, and will be greatly missed by us all.”
Hon. Life Membership was awarded to Roger and flowers for Roger’s wife Lin, who says he will now have time on his hands for DIY and gardening at home.
The trustees have announced that their new treasurer/trustee is Ian O’Connor.
They say, “Ian is no stranger to the theatre as he was our treasurer some 20 years ago, we wish both Roger and Ian good wishes in their new roles.”
