FROME residents passing along Bath Street may have noticed FDC Law’s new signage – they are very happy to announce that FDC is returning to Frome after a short absence and are opening a new office at 21 Bath Street, next door to their previous office.
They report, “The new office will officially open on Tuesday 26th January 2021 and we look forward to welcoming clients old and new. FDC Law has a long association with Frome and many residents will remember us in the ‘Faulkners’ and ‘Daniel & Cruttwell’ days, although the firm’s presence in the town actually dates back to 1692.
“The office will be headed by Jonathan Wood, our senior partner, and we will offer our full range of advice and services once more. Those include Residential and Commercial Property transactions, Wills, Probate and Estate Planning, Family Law, Personal Injury, general litigation and debt recovery.
“We’ve always enjoyed strong links with the community in Frome and the surrounding area both personally and commercially and of course the reopening of a full-service office in the town will enable us to maintain that local service to the community. We have had tremendous support from our clients who have been hugely supportive of us throughout our short absence, which has been enormously encouraging in a difficult time for all.
“We shall be offering a full range of services, with appointments available by telephone wherever possible under current restrictions and we have been able to continue to provide our clients with our high standard of service despite the challenges created by lockdowns, as can be seen from the feedback of many satisfied clients on our website, which has been both encouraging and humbling in equal measure.”
Senior partner Jonathan Wood said, “I am looking forward to re-establishing our office here in Frome, and reconnecting with our clients here, and with other local professionals. We had assured our clients that our absence was a temporary one, although it has proved a little longer than originally hoped, we appreciate the loyalty that so many of our Frome clients have shown us during the last year.
