FROME Festival will be holding a special concert at Rook Lane Chapel this weekend in memory of a supporter who died last year.
‘A Show for Fred’ will be this Saturday 16th January at 7pm, with a lineup of local artists putting on a show in memory of Frome Festival supporter Brenda ‘Fred’ Rolfe.
The line up will include Tim O’Connor, The Frukes, Three Corners, Nevertheless Productions, Bonne Nouvelle, The Christchurch Singers, The Phoenix Trio, Martin Dimery, and Morag McLaren.
The festival’s Beverly Jones said, “We have an amazing line-up which we think she would wholeheartedly approve of, and we would love to have a good turnout to celebrate Fred, and her involvement with the Festival and the town.
“Even if you didn’t know her why not come along; it should be a great night out on a bleak mid-January Saturday!”
