On the 18th June between 10am-12noon, Frometech will once again be running free iPad sessions for the over 50s.
Jamie Seviour, founder of Frometech said, “As well as offering fast and professional computer support and repair services to the residents, businesses and schools of Frome, it is our great pleasure to be able to offer our free iPad training sessions.
“We are the only IT company in the town that is running free iPad training sessions for our customers and residents of the town and the sessions are always oversubscribed.
“Anyone who has attended our past sessions and would like some more one to one tuition we are able to offer this at a discounted rate. The Cheese and Grain are very kindly hosting these sessions for us and we can be found in meeting room 3 on the day.
“Steve Macarthur from the Cheese & Grain and Sue Klepper from Frome Community Education have been very supportive in allowing us to run these sessions in this great building.”
The Cheese & Grain also hosts a range of free Frome Community Education computer drop-in sessions aimed particularly at job seekers who, these days, are expected to apply for jobs using quite complex IT skills. The sessions run from Monday-Wednesday mornings and anyone, whether looking for work or just needing a helping hand, can come past for help and advice.
