COOPER and Tanner are delighted to announce their second acquisition in as many months with the purchase of Geoffrey Smith Ltd, a well-established and reputable company based in Shepton Mallet and Midsomer Norton.
The owner of Geoffrey Smith, Andrea Catley, will join the existing Shepton Mallet office as branch manager, and the Geoffrey Smith team will also transfer over to join Cooper and Tanner along with the existing business and client base.
The Midsomer Norton office will become the latest addition to the Cooper and Tanner portfolio, gaining a presence in the town for the first time since the 1960s.
Oliver Jenkin, Associate of Cooper and Tanner and deputy head of their residential department said, “I have no doubt that the existing Midsomer Norton team, combined with our branding, comprehensive marketing and range of services will help drive that office forward to great success.”
