Frome travelled to Dorset rivals Sherborne RFC looking to reverse the early season defeat following a recent run of wins.
However the home side showed why they are Champions of the League and put Frome under pressure from the start with forward power and slick handling in the backs.
Despite going down to a 54 – 10 defeat, Frome can be proud of the performance and gained some consolation at the end of the game from a well taken Harrie Webster try.

The Frome RFC 2nd XV finished off the season in style with an away win to Combe Down 2nd XV, winning 5-45.
The win saw the Frome RFC 2nd XV win the league and securing promotion – pictured.
Frome 3s finished off the season with a bolstered Keynsham side, who eventually ran out winners. Some great rugby was played on the lovely spring day. It brings and end to the 3rds season in which they finish 6th in the league. Paul Whittle was man of the match
