FROME Freelancers, the group that offers monthly networking events freelancers, the self-employed, creatives and community groups, has organised another ‘net-walking’ event for Friday 14th October.
Organisers say, “Next month we’re welcoming Matt Witt from “To the Trees” back to take us on another “net-walk”; a welcome break from our screens and into the fresh air for some insights and history on some of our local trees as the season changes, and the odd poem or two!
“The circular walk of about a mile will end with coffee and networking so wrap up warm, wear good footwear, bring your business cards and water! Level of fitness required: a gentle stroll of up to one hour with regular stops.”
Matt Witt is a designer, artist and musician who loves to walk around the countryside, leading walks and creating art and music in response to his journeys and observations.
